Commercial Electrical Service
Commercial work is judged on two things: whether it passes inspection the first time, and whether it holds up the schedule. We quote scope and exclusions on page one, pull the permit ourselves, and send the inspection sign-off with the invoice so your file is complete.
What we take on
- Service and repair contracts for property managers and small portfolios
- Switchgear, distribution and panel work
- Tenant improvement and build-out
- Site and fleet EV charging
- Lighting retrofits and exterior/parking lot lighting
- After-hours shutdowns and changeovers so you do not lose a business day
How we work with GCs and property managers
- Scope, exclusions and the inspection schedule on the first page of the bid
- One point of contact who answers the phone
- Permitted and inspected, with the sign-off delivered with the invoice
- Photos of concealed work before it is closed up
- After-hours and weekend scheduling when downtime is the real cost

Common questions
Do you do service contracts?
Yes. Scheduled preventive work plus priority response is usually cheaper than reacting, and it makes your costs predictable.
Can you work after hours?
Yes, and for occupied retail or office space it is usually the right call. Price it that way from the start rather than discovering it at the shutdown.
Will you work under our GC's contract?
Yes. Send the contract, the schedule and the submittal requirements with the bid request and we will price to them.
