Remodel & Addition Wiring
On a remodel the electrical decisions get made early and lived with for decades. Where the outlets land, whether there is enough capacity for the induction range you might buy later, whether the sub-panel is sized for the shop you might build. We would rather have that conversation at rough-in.
What we do
- Kitchen and bath remodels, including small-appliance and GFCI circuits
- Additions and garage conversions
- Detached garages, shops and sheds, with a sub-panel and underground feed
- Whole-house rewires, including cloth and aluminum branch wiring
- Working to your GC's schedule and inspection windows
Included
- Walkthrough with you at rough-in to place every device before the walls close
- Photos of concealed work before drywall

Common questions
Do you work with my contractor?
Regularly. Send us the plans and the schedule and we will price to them and hold our dates.
My house has aluminum branch wiring. Is that a problem?
It is a known fire risk at the terminations. It can be corrected with approved connectors at every device, or by rewiring. We will price both.
Can you add a sub-panel to a detached shop?
Yes. Feeder sized and buried to code, with its own grounding electrode at the building. It is a permitted job.
